funzyshop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a convenient online shopping experience (the "Services"). funzyshop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate business reasons.

Your order is not considered accepted until your payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance of your order.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received within the 12-hour period will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after this period if your order has already entered processing or shipment.

If an eligible cancellation is approved after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products purchased through our store are intended for lawful personal or household use unless otherwise expressly stated.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change without prior notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by law.

funzyshop provides free shipping to supported destinations worldwide.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

International customers are responsible for such charges where applicable.

We may offer promotions that are subject to additional terms. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the amount due for your order.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

SECTION 5 - PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

• United States and Canada: 5–20 business days
• Rest of World: 5–45 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for ordinary shipping or customs delays outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that tracking information may take up to approximately 48 hours after shipment to begin displaying updates.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Lost Packages

If tracking information or carrier information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@funzyshop.com.

If we determine that the package was lost in transit, our primary resolution will be to arrange a replacement shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

You may be asked to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If your claim is approved, our primary resolution is to send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Customers are generally not required to return damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Where a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, we may approve a refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Products that were delivered correctly and without defects are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange solely because of a change of mind, incorrect selection, or because the customer no longer wants the product.

SECTION 7 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Customers receiving international shipments are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, customs handling fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside the control of funzyshop.

We are not responsible for customs processing delays or delays resulting from unpaid customs charges.

Free shipping provided by funzyshop does not include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges.

funzyshop names, branding, logos, and other identifying materials may not be used without prior authorization.

Shopify names, logos, products, services, designs, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its applicable rights holders.

funzyshop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases and sales made through our Store are transactions directly between you and funzyshop.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products offered by funzyshop and is not responsible for the sales transaction between you and funzyshop, including claims relating to products purchased from our Store.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from your purchases and transactions with funzyshop.
